Mizuki is a writer from Japan, currently living in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains with her half moon and two very spoiled farm dogs.
In the past, she’s lived on both U.S. coasts, a few places in-between, South Africa, and London. The places she’s been often inform her imagination and ways of thinking.

Her fiction has appeared in HAD, has been shortlisted with Fractured Lit 2024 Micro Prize, and will soon be in Flash Frog and Flash Flood.
Her poetry has appeared at Eye to the Telescope.

During the day Mizuki works on climate action. In her spare time, she worries about climate collapse. In her writing, she explores humanity on the brink, or simply people in strange places and strange times.
